While there wasn’t a dedicated League of Legends booth in the Expo hall this year, Riot Games made their presence felt at PAX Australia 2016.
Professional players and shout casters alike were offering up their knowledge and talents in Panels and among the branded booths on the convention floor.
Jake ‘Spawn’ Tiberi is a professional ‘Shoutcaster’ for Riot Games and has provided voice, insight and personality to the League of Legends Oceanic Pro League, as well as recently the League of Legends Worlds Championship.
We took Tiberi aside for a chat about the future of eSports, what Riot Games is doing in the competitive space, and how up and coming casters can get involved.
