Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 Demo Available Today

Konami announced today that the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 demo is available now for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Available via XboxLive Arcade, PlayStation network and PC (Steam) the demo acts as a prelude to Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2.

The Demo lets players assume the role of Dracula as the Brotherhood of Light lays siege to his castle. Players can get a feel for the protagonist along with the chance to get familiar with the game’s weapons including the Void Sword and the Chaos Claws.

Konami also wants to showcase their Titan combat sequence as a major highlight of the Castlevania experience.

The Demo recommend playing with a controller even on PC and all the parts of the tutorial reference an Xbox 360 controller in the Steam version. Of course this isn’t a final release of the game

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is the conclusion of the Lords of Shadow saga, which started with Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and was followed by Castlevania: Lords of Shadow — Mirror of Fate.

The newest entry in the franchise hits stores on February 25th for North America and March 6th for Australia. Currently Steam has the PC digital download version set to unlock on the 26th of February.
