Magicka: Wizard Wars Open Beta Begins May 27

Magicka: Wizard Wars is an intense PvP multiplayer game that is currently out on Steam for Early Access. For those wanting to try out the game for free you have the opportunity to do so May 27 when the game will launch an Open Beta event.

Magicka: Wizard Wars contains the same humor and fun that the original Magicka possesses. It also keeps the same combat as the original including friendly fire which is sure to create some hectic moments.

Paradox North are the development team behind this game who are a new studio stemming from Paradox Interactive. The team located in Stockholm are a combination of AAA title veterans and juniors alike.

There are three wizarding packs available for purchase in order to give players the opportunity to provide feedback during Alpha stages. Prices range from $12.99 USD through to $49.99 USD all providing in game items and goodies. The game will eventually be a free to play title.
