Digital pinball specialists Zen Studios are in the process of collaborating with Telltale Games to bring a new pinball table to light. Based on Season 1 of the Award Winning The Walking Dead the digital table aims to take the players on a journey with Lee and Clem.
Scenes from the game that translate to the table include: “Clementine’s treehouse and Everett’s pharmacy in Macon, all the way down the tracks to the walker-infested streets of Savannah.”
The exciting feature of this pinball table is that it emulates the tough decisions players made in the The Walking Dead game. “Scenarios include choosing who to save and who to leave behind in a walker attack, solving problems and keeping up morale within the group, searching for food and supplies, acquiring important tools, and navigating through the herd amidst an oncoming walker breach.”
Steve Allison, SVP of Publishing at Telltale Games calls this “the first ever pinball game that features choice and consequence gameplay.”
The pinball table will be shown off at E3 this year via a demonstration and a hands on experience at the Telltale booth.
The Walking Dead Pinball table will be available for download later this season on Zen Studios pinball platforms across console, PC, and mobile stores.
