It seems EB Games Expo are not done dangling the worm in front of its many eager attendees with their over hyping weekly updates.
This week EB Games Expo have announced that Sony’s next generation console, the PlayStation 4 will be appearing at this years EB Expo event. For the very first time ticket holders will have the chance to be the first in Australia to try out first hand the upcoming console before its official launch in Australia.
EB Games National Brand, Events and Engagement Manager Debra McGrath expressed her excitement in a recent press release for the consoles appearance and that it will be open to everyone at the event.
“It’s fantastic that Australians get the chance to get hands on with the PS4 at EB Expo before its official release. This is usually a privilege reserved for industry insiders, now everyone is an insider”.
McGrath continued by expressing her gratitude towards Sony Computer Entertainment for their generosity in allowing Australians to be up and close with their newest edition of the PlayStation franchise, as well that the testers will walk away with a memorable moment and be apart of EB Games Expo history.
“This is a big deal… people are going to be able to look back in years to come and brag that they played it first. We know that this is something that the community have been waiting for and as gamer’s ourselves we are equally excited. The prospect of hands on game play before the official release is something gamer’s only dream of. We are stoked that Sony Computer Entertainment Australia has made this a reality for those attending EB Expo.”
No further information has been released regarding playable PlayStation 4 titles that will included with the PlayStation 4’s appearance.
Tickets for all 5 sessions of the EB Games Expo 2013 are still available and can be purchased in all EB Games stores, online via the EB Games site or Ticketek, however be quick tickets are selling fast.
